An apartment that can accommodate 2 people consists of a double bedroom, bathroom, living room, equipped kitchen, and a garden out of sight and noise pollution. The apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning and with WiFi fiber access.

Please note that this apartment is not equipped to receive infants and it is on the 3rd floor without an elevator and is not recommended for families with children under 5.

Equipped kitchen: fridge, electric hob, microwave, washing machine, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishes and kitchen utensils.
Bathroom with shower, hairdryer, towels and sheets also provided.
The host has access to the entire apartment as well as its private garden, equipped with garden furniture, table and parasol.

Temporary information: The area where the apartment is located is undergoing a restructuring. It is possible to hear construction noise during your stay.

Guests have access to the entire property.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Located on one of the most famous neighbourhoods in Porto, when you stay in our home you’ll find yourself surrounded by shops, art galleries, the Bolhão Market, Aliados as well as beautiful sights of the Douro river, monuments and more.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Bolhão, is just a 6-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is an 18-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

This apartment offers its guests a garden, concierge services, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
