This fantastic 107 m² apartment is ideally located near some of Porto’s top attractions, as well as a wide variety of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants offering diverse culinary options.

The living room is bright and welcoming, with plenty of natural light. It’s furnished with a comfortable sofa where you can unwind, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals.

You’ll also find a well-equipped kitchenette stocked with all the essentials you need to prepare a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, cookware, and cutlery. For your convenience, there’s also a washing machine.

The apartment offers four inviting bedrooms: two have a double bed and ample storage space, another is fitted with two cozy twin beds and the fourth has bunk beds, ideal for children or extra guests. All beds are made up with hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep.

The bathrooms are fully stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring you have everything you need to refresh and feel at home.

For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay.

It’s located on the first floor and easily accessible by elevator.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This area is close to iconic spots like Casa da Música and the lush gardens of Palácio de Cristal. Nearby, you’ll find vibrant art galleries and local boutiques. Top attractions are just a stroll away, and cozy restaurants serve delicious Francesinhas and fresh seafood. It’s a perfect area to explore Porto’s charm and flavours!

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Carolina Michaelis, is just a 3-minutes walk.

The Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
