The living room is designed for comfort, featuring a homely sofa bed to unwind, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table. The space feels bright and inviting, with plenty of natural light and a warm atmosphere.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for preparing delicious meals, such as an electric hob, microwave, coffee machine, and more. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

The bedroom boasts a comfortable queen bed with hotel-quality linens for a restful sleep.

The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, including fresh towels and toiletries.

For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This area is known for its blend of traditional architecture and beautiful amenities. The street is lined with residential buildings, local shops, and eateries, reflecting the authentic charm of Porto.

The location offers convenient access to public transportation, with several bus stops nearby, including Campo 24 de Agosto and Ferreira Cardoso. Educational institutions such as Porto. Fala Language School and the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto are within walking distance. Additionally, residents can enjoy proximity to markets like Mercado da Praça da Alegria and supermarkets such as Continente.

It is conveniently located near several metro stations, providing easy access to the city's public transportation network. The closest station is 24 de Agosto, situated approximately 500 meters.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before entering. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
