This home is designed with bright, open living and kitchen areas that feel fresh and welcoming. The living space offers a comfortable spot to lounge and watch TV after a day in the city, and the charming dining table is perfect for enjoying meals together.

The kitchen, separated from the living area by a sleek glass divider, is great for cooking while still being part of the conversation. It's fully equipped with everything needed for everyday meals, including an oven, cooking plate, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and washing machine for added convenience.

The master bedroom feels calm and thoughtfully designed, featuring a king-size bed, air conditioning, generous storage, and a private ensuite. The second bedroom offers a homely queen bed and wardrobe, while the third includes a clever convertible bed that can become two singles—great for different group setups.

In the hallway, guests will find a full bathroom and a service bathroom, both stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.

The balcony is a lovely bonus—perfect for sipping coffee in the morning or simply taking in the view of the Dragon Stadium in the evening.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This peaceful residential area offers an excellent base for discovering Porto's vibrant attractions while providing a quiet place to return to. Guests are just a short ride from the city's highlights, including the historic Ribeira district, the famous Livraria Lello, Clérigos Tower, and the bustling Bolhão Market. Football fans can also visit the nearby Estádio do Dragão.

With local cafés, restaurants, and shopping options close by, it's easy to enjoy everyday conveniences alongside sightseeing. Whether you're here to explore Porto's culture, stroll along the Douro River, or savour its renowned cuisine and wine, this location puts you within reach of it all.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Estádio do Dragão, is just an 8-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 16-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
