It includes a homely double bed with hotel-quality linens, a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV for your entertainment, and a dining table perfect for shared meals. Multiple windows fill the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting ambience.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, and coffee machine. It also provides access to a terrace with a lovely city view. It also has a washing machine.

The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

For your comfort, the studio is professionally cleaned.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in one of the most famous neighbourhoods in Porto, when you stay in our home, you’ll find yourself surrounded by shops, art galleries, the Bolhão Market, and Aliados, as well as beautiful sights of the Douro river, monuments and more.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Trindade, is just a 2-minute walk.

The Francisco Sá Carneiro airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
