This delightful 60 m² studio offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for friends or solo travellers looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. Designed with a modern and sleek style and featuring large windows, it provides guests with a peaceful and bright atmosphere.

The living space includes a cosy sitting area with a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table for shared meals. The open-concept kitchen creates a friendly environment for socialising and cooking together, equipped with all essentials — oven, cooking plate, microwave, coffee maker, and cookware.

The sleeping area is beautifully decorated and features a comfortable queen-size bed and generous storage space, ensuring a pleasant and restful stay. The windows have blackout curtains that ensure the ideal environment for a peaceful sleep.

The bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. It is located on the 2nd floor, and the building has an elevator.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in the vibrant heart of Porto, this area perfectly captures the city’s blend of historic charm and modern energy. Visitors can explore iconic landmarks, traditional cafés, and local markets that showcase the best of Portuguese culture within walking distance. The neighbourhood offers easy access to the city’s main attractions, including the picturesque Ribeira district, the Douro River, and the city’s famous wine cellars. Its central yet authentic atmosphere makes it ideal for those who want to experience Porto’s lively rhythm while staying close to everything.

Surrounded by beautiful architecture, cozy restaurants, and trendy boutiques, the area provides the perfect setting for relaxation and discovery. Whether strolling through cobbled streets, tasting local delicacies, or admiring the city’s sunset views, guests will find endless ways to appreciate Porto’s unique spirit and welcoming charm.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest subway station, Trindade, is just a 7-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

This apartment offers its guests an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Porto apartment is smoke free.
