This cozy two-bedroom apartment in Porto is the perfect choice for families and friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Please note that the apartment is located in a busy area of the city where art, restaurants, and nightlife can be found in the surroundings, and therefore, street noises are sometimes heard.

The property is located on the third floor and is accessible by elevator.

The kitchen offers a dining table for four and is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom has a queen bed, and the second has a double bed. Each bedroom has a smart TV with Netflix, wardrobes and armchairs, providing a restful and relaxing space to retreat to after a long day of exploring the city. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Fontainhas is one of the most typical neighbourhoods in Porto and is where you can take the most impressive photos of the river area! Lots of breathless views are awaiting you from this natural viewpoint!

This is the main picturesque place for the local, popular St. John festivities in June, a fantastic place to watch the fireworks on June 23rd. The area remains quite authentic, with traditional restaurants, antique and second-hand shops and local families living there for decades.

You can walk from here to anywhere in Porto's city centre: Ponte do Infante, for instance, is 300 m away from home, and so is Praça dos Poveiros, a vibrant and busy meal spot in the city. You will get to the great, iron D. Luis Bridge upper level, to the Cathedral or Aliados Av., within a 10-minute walk!

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Alex. Herculano is just a 1-minute walk.

The nearest train station, Porto São Bento, is just an 8-minute walk.

The nearest metro station, São Bento, is just an 8-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 22-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find concierge services and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
