NOTE: The flat is located on a noisy street, so guests should expect some noise. Additionally, there is no elevator in the building.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Bonfim is a quietly confident neighbourhood: it’s not full of must-sees but it’s a sleepy, authentic part of Porto where locals have been living their whole lives. If you want to escape the expensive restaurants of varying quality in busy Baixa, head to Bonfim to eat at neighbourhood cafes and snack bars for a couple of Euros.

These days, Bonfim exhibits only the first signs of gentrification. You’ll soon sniff out speciality coffee and vegan cafes in Bonfim. However, it doesn’t seem overrun with modern influences. Bonfim is the perfect blend of 80% traditional and 20% cool.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest Metro station, Heroísmo, is just a 4-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your pick-up keys and check-in options. Please note that personal check-in with a greeter has a cost of 10€, pending availability.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
