This delightful 56 m2 mezzanine offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 2nd floor via stairs.

It is designed with open and vibrant living and kitchen areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. Right next to it, the kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and it includes essential cookware and cutlery, a cooking plate, an oven and a microwave. A washing machine and a dishwasher are added for extra comfort.

Upstairs in the mezzanine, the sleeping area is modernly decorated and it includes a comfortable queen bed, air conditioning and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Travessa dos Caldeireiros is a charming, narrow street in the heart of Porto’s historic centre, steps from the iconic Clérigos Tower. Known for its steep incline and traditional houses with colourful façades and iron balconies, the street is full of character and authenticity. Walking along its cobbled path, you’ll find local shops, artisan workshops, and small cafés that capture the essence of everyday Porto life.

Its central location makes it an ideal base for exploring the city. Within minutes, you can reach Livraria Lello, São Bento Station, and the buzzing nightlife of Galerias de Paris. Despite being close to popular landmarks, Travessa dos Caldeireiros maintains a quiet, residential feel, offering a peaceful contrast to the lively surroundings. It’s a great spot for travellers seeking both convenience and local charm.

The property is easily accessible by public transport.

The nearest subway station, Aliados, is just a 550-meter walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
