It is located on the 5th floor with a lift. This delightful 50 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this vibrant city.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished and bright living space, thanks to the windows that fill the property with abundant natural light and warmth. It also features a comfortable sitting area, including a convertible sofa bed, where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city and a TV to watch all their favourite shows.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and make delicious meals.

The bedroom features a queen-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Matosinhos is full of restaurants serving seafood. On Rua Heróis de França, you will find many places to eat fresh fish. Most buy from local fishermen at the fishing pier (located on the same street) every morning.

You can also visit the Matosinhos Municipal Market to buy fish, fruits, and vegetables or try the restaurants.

Coming to this area means eating well, strolling by the sea, taking a surfing lesson, riding a bike or skateboarding, eating ice cream while looking at the beach or sitting and watching the sunset on a café terrace.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Matosinhos Sul, is just a 3-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 12-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

This apartment offers its guests an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
