Centrally located, this apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people, allowing easy access to all the city has to offer.

Equipped with everything you might need for your stay, the apartment features a furnished balcony with a breathtaking view of the entire city equipped with two armchairs, perfect for relaxing and resting after a busy day exploring the city.

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.

The small bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Vila Nova de Gaia is an amazing city to explore, with many attractions to discover. Enjoy the local cuisine and several international restaurants as well!

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

Nearest subway station: Jardim do Morro (3 mins walking distance from the apartment).

It may be possible to hear some construction sounds during the day as a hotel is being built in close proximity to the property. We apologise for any inconvenience and disturbance it may cause.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

Note: the terrace is a common area with other guests.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
