Ideally located, it provides easy access to Porto's attractions and restaurants. Situated on the second floor, the property is conveniently accessible by lift.

The living room features a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV for all your favourite shows, and a dining table. The sunroom, furnished with a table and chairs, is perfect for enjoying morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential cookware and cutlery needed to prepare delicious meals, such as a stove, oven, and microwave. For added convenience, the apartment also has a washer, drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The bedroom offers a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

For those travelling with a baby, a crib is available for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned to ensure your comfort.

Boavista is a vibrant, creative district home to some of the city's most popular attractions: The Fundação Serralves, a cutting-edge art museum and villa in lush wooded gardens, the Jardins do Palácio de Cristal are a beautiful green space with a glass palace at its centre and a great view of the Douro river, while the Mercado Bom Sucesso is the perfect spot to have something to eat. With a variety of local and international cuisine, cafes and a supermarket. The stunning Casa da Música is a world-renowned concert hall and one of the most acoustically advanced in the world. It hosts a variety of musical events throughout the year.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Casa da Música, is just a 12-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 14-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
