The flat is in a great location for the event from 19 to 21 June, when Air Invictus will fill the skies above Porto, Gaia, Maia and Matosinhos with aerial displays.

This delightful 40 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this lovely city. It is located on the 1st floor without lift access.

The living space features a lovely sitting area, including a double couch bed, where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware, a cooking plate and an oven. There is also a washing machine available.

The bedroom is modernly decorated, and it includes a comfortable double bed and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Santa Marinha is a picturesque parish in Vila Nova de Gaia, located just across the Douro River from Porto. This charming area offers breathtaking views of the Douro River and the historic cityscape of Porto, with the riverfront perfect for leisurely strolls and taking in the scenic landscape.

The parish is well-connected to Porto by several bridges, ensuring easy travel for both residents and visitors. Vila Nova de Gaia is renowned for its port wine cellars, and Santa Marinha is no exception. Many famous port wine cellars are situated here, where visitors can enjoy guided tours and wine tastings.

Santa Marinha also boasts a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops, providing a delightful mix of traditional Portuguese cuisine and modern dining options. Local markets offer fresh produce and regional specialities, making it a vibrant and inviting place to explore.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Agro, is just a 5-minute walk. The nearest metro station, Jardim do Morro, is a 35 minute-walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 28-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. Public spaces have free WiFi.

This Vila Nova de Gaia apartment is smoke free.
