This delightful 74 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the side of the road in a pedestrian street.

As you enter a hallway, you'll find a cosy bedroom with a comfortable double bed and multiple storage spaces.

The living space features a lovely sitting area, including a couch where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

The kitchen includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven, a microwave and a coffee maker. A washing machine is added for extra comfort.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Upstairs is a lovely loft with a homely couch and a support desk, where you can read a book or do some remote work.

Outside, an inviting terrace features cushioned rattan seating surrounded by greenery, offering a peaceful spot to enjoy the outdoors.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Bonfim is one of Porto's coolest up-and-coming neighbourhoods, with a laid-back vibe and loads of personality. It's packed with indie cafés, creative spaces, and places to grab a bite that feel more local than touristy. You’ll find a mix of old-school charm and new energy, where traditional bakeries sit next to quirky art galleries and homely brunch spots. It's a great area to explore if you want to see a more authentic side of Porto.

Bonfim feels easy and relaxed, with tree-lined streets, pretty tiled buildings, and little surprises around every corner. It's close enough to the city centre to get to the main sights quickly, but far enough away to avoid the crowds. Whether you’re sipping coffee on a terrace or catching some live music in a hidden bar, Bonfim makes you feel like you’re part of the city, not just visiting it.

The property is easily accessible by public transport.

The nearest subway station, Campanhã, is a 13-minute walk from the property.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 30 minutes away by car.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
