This lovely 45m² apartment is ideally located near many top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide selection of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences.

The living room is a cozy spot to unwind, featuring a comfortable sofa, a TV for enjoying your favorite shows, and a dining table for meals or work. Multiple windows let in plenty of natural sunlight, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a tasty meal, including essential cookware, cutlery, an electric hob, microwave, coffee machine, and more.

In the bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed dressed in hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, so you have everything you need to feel at home.

The apartment is professionally cleaned to maintain a high standard of comfort and hygiene.

Please note that the apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building without an elevator.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Matosinhos is the perfect destination for nature and beach lovers. Take a walk in the Porto City Park or, for those looking to relax, Matosinhos beach is the perfect place to spend the day and enjoy an impressive sunset. With its rich history, stunning scenery, and endless variety of activities, you will always have something to do. Matosinhos is also known for having the largest number of restaurants per square meter, bringing together an unparalleled gastronomic offer.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest Metro station, Câmara Matosinhos, is just a 2-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 15-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before entering the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
