Located on the ground floor, right by the D. Luís Bridge, this modern and tastefully decorated 50m² apartment is ideally positioned near many of the top attractions in Vila Nova de Gaia, including Porto Cathedral.
The apartment features an open-plan layout. The living room is furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, a TV with access to multiple streaming services for enjoying your favourite shows, a desk perfect for work or study, and a dining area with seating for four.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. For your convenience, there is also a washing machine and ironing equipment available. Please note that there is no freezer available.
Upstairs, the bedroom offers a double bed with hotel-quality linens for ultimate comfort, ensuring you feel right at home.
The terrace is equipped with stairs and a table overlooking the D. Luís Bridge and the Douro River, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the breathtaking views.
The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, covering all your essentials.

Located just across the Douro River from Porto’s historic centre, Calçada da Serra places you in the heart of Vila Nova de Gaia’s most iconic neighbourhoods. Just steps away from the famous Port wine cellars, scenic riverfront promenades, and the breathtaking views from the Dom Luís I Bridge, this area is perfect for travellers looking to explore local culture, cuisine, and history, all within walking distance.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest metro station, Jardim do Morro (line D), is just a 6-minute walk.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is approximately a 25-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
