This lovely 25m2 apartment is located on the 2nd floor, accessible by lift.

The apartment comes with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable bed, a TV and a dining table big enough to accommodate two.

The double bed comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest.

The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Porto is a coastal city in northwest Portugal known for its stately bridges and port wine production. In the medieval Ribeira (riverside) district, narrow cobbled streets wind past merchants’ houses and cafes. São Francisco Church is known for its lavish baroque interior with ornate gilded carvings. The palatial 19th-century Palácio de Bolsa, formerly a stock market, was built to impress potential European investors.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Aliados, is just a 2-minute walk.

Sá Carneiro airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

Your check-in will be arranged with a greeter at the property.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

This apartment offers its guests an elevator. WiFi is free in public spaces.
