This charming 40 m² apartment, located on the 4th floor with elevator access, is the perfect choice for travellers looking to stay in a central area of Porto, with easy access to cultural attractions and all the conveniences needed for a comfortable stay.

The apartment features an open-plan layout. The living area includes a cosy sofa and a wide-screen smart TV with access to multiple streaming platforms, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your favourite shows.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. For added convenience, there's also a washing machine and ironing equipment to take care of your laundry.

The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep.

The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, and the apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay for your comfort and peace of mind.

Porto is a charming and vibrant city known for its historic neighbourhoods, colourful streets, and lively atmosphere. From the landmark Ribeira district along the Douro River to the trendy bars and cafes of Cedofeita, Porto offers a diverse range of neighbourhoods to explore. The city is famous for its stunning architecture, including the iconic Dom Luís I Bridge and the historic Livraria Lello bookstore. With its rich history, cultural attractions, and bustling streets, Porto's neighbourhoods offer something for everyone to enjoy.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest subway station, Trindade, is just a 7-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 17-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

This apartment offers its guests an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
