For added convenience, the apartment has a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as a washer, drying rack and ironing facility to meet laundry needs.

The two bedrooms each have a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and a spacious wardrobe for convenient storage.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The property is located in the city centre, where ongoing construction in the surrounding area may cause some daytime noise.

Nestled in Porto, Poveiros is a vibrant neighbourhood with iconic attractions and bustling life. Praça dos Poveiros is a bustling square known for its lively atmosphere and historical significance. It serves as a meeting point for locals and visitors alike and is surrounded by traditional cafes, restaurants like Casa Guedes and Gazela, and shops. The square is characterized by its charming architecture and vibrant energy, making it a popular destination for daytime outings and evening social gatherings. Stroll along the cobblestone streets and marvel at the city's beauty and history, with landmarks like the renowned Luís I Bridge, the majestic Livraria Lello bookstore, the picturesque Jardins Palácio de Cristal, the magnificent Porto Cathedral, the charming Clérigos Tower and the iconic Ageas Porto Coliseum. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
