Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a convertible sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV offering multiple streaming options for your favourite shows, and a dining table for four.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove and an oven, allowing you to prepare delicious meals. The apartment also includes a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a double bed and complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The vibrant and bustling area offers easy access to some of the city's top attractions. The famous Luís I Bridge and the iconic Livraria Lello are just a stone's throw away. When it comes to dining and nightlife, there are plenty of options. Abadia do Porto and Galeria De Paris are fantastic restaurants and bars where you can enjoy delicious meals and drinks. With its central location, the apartment is the perfect base for exploring all Porto offers.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, São Bento, is just an 8-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 35-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
