This delightful 110 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 1st floor via stairs.

It is designed with bright and modern living and kitchen areas. The living space offers a charming sitting area, perfect for unwinding with a favourite show after a day of exploring, and a dining table where guests can gather for meals and great conversations.

The open-concept kitchen creates a warm and social atmosphere for cooking and dining. It comes fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, making meal preparation effortless.

Both bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated with a modern touch and feature comfortable double beds, along with plenty of storage to make you feel right at home.

There are two bathrooms for your convenience: a full bathroom for your daily routines and a guest bathroom for added comfort. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided.

Guests can enter the lovely balcony to soak in the sunlight and enjoy the delightful views.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

This building does not have an elevator. Access to the apartment is via stairs and is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

Cedofeita is one of Porto’s most vibrant and artistic neighbourhoods, blending historic charm with a youthful and creative atmosphere. Known for its elegant 19th-century architecture, this area is filled with independent art galleries, trendy cafés, and boutique shops, making it a favourite spot for both locals and visitors. Rua de Cedofeita, the main street, is a lively, pedestrian-friendly area where travellers can explore unique stores, enjoy delicious pastries, or sip coffee in charming outdoor terraces. The neighbourhood also offers easy access to cultural landmarks like the stunning Igreja de São Martinho de Cedofeita, one of Porto’s oldest churches.

Beyond its cultural appeal, Cedofeita is an excellent base for exploring Porto, as it sits just a short walk from major attractions like Clérigos Tower and Livraria Lello. The area has a relaxed yet dynamic energy, attracting students, artists, and travellers looking for a mix of tradition and modernity. At night, Cedofeita comes alive with cozy wine bars and casual eateries, where guests can enjoy authentic Portuguese cuisine in a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The property is easily accessible by public transport. The street is not ideal for vehicles or parking.

The nearest subway station, Faria Guimarães, is just a 5-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is an 18-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
