If you appreciate calm and quiet in the middle of the city, this is the perfect apartment for your stay in the city of Porto.

Located in the Campo 24 de Agosto area, a 14-minute walk from the Coliseu do Porto, this apartment is part of a charming building, completely renovated in 2020. The common areas include large green spaces and wide corridors. Free Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen, balcony, air conditioning and a parking space.

The T1 apartment is on the second floor of a building with two elevators. It has a bedroom with a spacious closet to store your personal items, a comfortable double bed, cotton bed linen, pillows, duvet, blanket and bedside table.

The living room has a dining table and four chairs, a double sofa bed and TV, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, kitchen utensils and assorted crockery, oven, induction hob, oven microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, among others.

In addition to the excellent outdoor common areas, you can count on a private balcony with outdoor furniture and wooden deck floors, where you can enjoy breakfast and other meals, or just relax after a day of exploring the city. On the balcony there is a laundry area with washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Smoking is not permitted inside.

The apartment has a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and hygiene items (shampoo, shower gel, soap, toilet paper), as well as bath towels for your stay.
