• Check-in starts at 3 pm and ends at midnight - after that time, a midnight fee will be charged

• Check-outs end at 11 am; after that hour, midnight will be charged and if you want to leave after 2 pm you will be charged for an entire night.

• If you need a baby cot, we can provide one for €39.

• Would you like your pet's company? You can bring it with you for an additional charge to be returned in full at the end of your stay if there is no damage (200€).

• The tourist tax in Porto has a cost of 2 € per night per person up to 7 nights.

​​​​​​​- For reservations during New Year's Eve, exceptionally, a deposit of €500.00 may be charged.

→ Whenever you leave the accommodation, during and at the end of your stay, remember to switch off the air conditioning, heating, lights and electrical appliances.

→ Please avoid staining the towels and do not use them for other purposes. Damaged towels will have a unit cost of 10€.

→ Garbage should be deposited in the containers available around the accommodation. We ask for your cooperation so that no garbage accumulates inside the apartment.

→ Please leave the dishes clean and organized. If the kitchen environment is messy, there will be an additional charge of 25€ for this extra cleaning.

→ Please do not leave the key inside the door. Otherwise, it will not open from the outside, which will require a professional to come and open it and will cost you 80€ + Taxes.
