Friendly five star staff! All the staff we met were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and comfortable! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and professional. The spa is relaxing and the garden was beautiful. Location was also perfect- walking distance to the train station and the market.

Great location, off a quiet street but still very centrally located. Staff was exceptional and went above and beyond, starting with the check in and throughout the stay. Lovely facilities including pool and hottub. Everything was clean, comfortable bed. The only thing I'd point out was the bathroom in our room was quite small, toilet seat was a little loose. But other than that, the stay was excellent. I would stay again and recommend it to others.

A Porto Oasis

Lovely, intimate hotel. Perfect. Beautiful, large rooms. On site spa. Excellent location - easy to visit the city sites but also a bit off the touristy zone which makes it feel like an oasis of sorts. We stayed off season - prices were fantastic.

We have just recently stayed at the hotel to celebrate a special birthday with friends and family. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Very clean and good facilities however the jacuzzi pool did damage two of the girls bathing suits buy dying them in colour, I presume this is due to a high content of chemicals so maybe don’t wear your best costume. The only other complaint I would have would be the coffee machine is not the best and very temperamental. Maybe just buy some instant coffee as there is a kettle. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is visiting Porto in the future.
