The apartment is strategically located opposite the iconic Bolhão Market, just a few steps from Avenida dos Aliados and Torre dos Clérigos. Enjoy the convenience of restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and shops in the immediate vicinity. At night, Rua das Galerias de Paris, just a few minutes' walk away, offers a lively nightlife. Bolhão metro station is only 300 metres away, Trindade station (with direct connection to the airport) is an 8-minute walk away, and São Bento train station is a 10-minute walk away. For parking, the Manuel Passos car park (paid) is 350 metres away, with a discount for Liiiving guests.



Getting Around:

For your convenience, we offer a transfer service upon request (price upon enquiry). The flat is strategically located, with easy access to an extensive public transport network. The nearest underground station, São Bento, is just a few minutes away, providing quick connections to various parts of the city and Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport. Paid parking is available near the flat.



Other Things to Note:

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.



Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our staff to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request.



For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €190 for water, electricity and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.



The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff to enter the property to inspect it, and monthly visits are expected for this purpose.
