The Space:

The apartment, decorated in industrial style, offers a cosy double bedroom, ideal for relaxing. The living room, with a sofa bed, is perfect for socialising, with access to a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table, and the bathroom has all the amenities. For added comfort, the apartment has air conditioning, a Smart TV with cable channels and Wi-Fi.

The entire flat is at your disposal! Enjoy the private bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen, and balcony. All amenities, such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and equipped kitchen, are for your exclusive use.



The Neighborhood:

Discover the vibrant heart of Porto! Our apartment is located in Baixa, the cultural and tourist epicentre of the city. Just a few steps away, you will find the iconic Bolhão Market, a paradise for lovers of gastronomy and local products. Avenida dos Aliados, with its imposing architecture and lively atmosphere, is within walking distance. Explore the majestic Clérigos Tower, a city landmark, just a few minutes away. The area is full of restaurants, from traditional to modern, supermarkets for your shopping, pharmacies and a variety of shops. In the evening, Rua das Galerias de Paris, just a few minutes' walk away, comes alive with bars and entertainment. To get around, Bolhão metro station is only 300 metres away, Trindade station (with a direct connection to the airport) is an 8-minute walk away, and São Bento train station is a 10-minute walk away. If you come by car, paid parking at Garagem Manuel Passos is 350 metres away, with a discount for Liiiving guests.



Getting Around:

For your convenience, we offer a transfer service upon request (price upon enquiry). The flat is well located with easy access to an extensive public transport network, including buses and the underground, making it easy to explore the city. Paid parking is available near the flat.



Other Things to Note:

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.



Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our staff to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request.



For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €150 for water, electricity and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.



The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff to enter the property to inspect it, and monthly visits are expected for this purpose.
