The Space:

The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, ideal for couples or solo travellers. The living room, equipped with a Smart TV, is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the city. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals in comfort, and the bathroom, complete with all amenities, ensures a pleasant stay. For your comfort, the apartment features air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the apartment, including the bedroom, en-suite bathroom, kitchen, dining room and outdoor area. Enjoy all the amenities, such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and much more. This apartment is perfect for a comfortable and convenient stay in Porto.



The Neighborhood:

Discover the vibrant Rua de Cedofeita, a testament to 18th-century urban renewal and the perfect starting point for exploring the heart of Porto. This largely pedestrianised street is ideal for shopping, strolling and leisurely meals. Just a short walk away, you’ll find a wide selection of restaurants, cafés and shops, as well as supermarkets and parking facilities. The lively nightlife of Praça Carlos Alberto and Galerias Paris is just a short walk away. To make getting around easier, the surrounding streets offer a range of public transport options, including buses and metro stations.



Getting Around:

Enjoy the convenience of Porto’s extensive public transport network, with easy access to buses and the metro. For those arriving by plane, Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is a short drive or metro ride away, with journeys taking approximately 30 minutes. Street parking is available, but may be limited; consider nearby public car parks for greater convenience. For those who prefer a transfer, we offer a personalised service upon request.



Other Things to Note:

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking.



Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



In case you lose the key, you will be charged a fee (subject to consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, a fee of 40€ will apply after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – fee upon consultation.



For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit on water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses of €150. If these costs exceed this amount, the excess will be paid by the guest.



The tenant is required, whenever requested by the host, to allow the entry of a staff member to inspect the property, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
