The Space:

The apartment, located on the 4th floor with a lift, features a cosy bedroom with a double bed. The fully equipped bathroom ensures your comfort. The living room, complete with a dining table, is the perfect place to relax. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine, so you can prepare your own meals. For added convenience, the apartment features air conditioning, an iron and a hairdryer.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire flat, including the bedroom with a double bed, the en-suite bathroom, the fully equipped kitchen and the living room. The flat also offers free Wi-Fi.



The Neighborhood:

The flat is located in the heart of Porto’s Baixa district, in a lively area with easy access to everything the city has to offer. Just a short walk away is Praça da República, and Trindade metro station is only a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to get around the city. A short 10-minute walk takes you to the iconic Avenida dos Aliados, the famous Livraria Lello, the imposing Clérigos Tower, the charming Carmo Church and the traditional Rua de Santa Catarina, lined with shops and restaurants. Explore Ribeira too, with its riverside restaurants, and enjoy a stroll along the waterfront, from Foz do Douro to Matosinhos, for a complete Porto experience.



Getting Around:

For your convenience, we offer a transfer service upon request (price on enquiry). The apartment’s prime location at Rua do Almada 679, 4050-039 Porto, offers easy access to an extensive public transport network. For those arriving by plane, Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is a short drive or metro ride away, with the nearest station just a few minutes’ walk away. Paid parking is available in the vicinity of the apartment.



Other Things to Note:

Keys are collected at our Welcome Center - at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff!



There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our staff discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.



If you wish to check out late, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our staff to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request.



In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



For bookings of 28 nights or more we have a limit of €150 for water, electricity and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.



The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff to enter the property to inspect it, and monthly visits are expected for this purpose.





We have a transfer service that will drop you off at your apartment! All you need is your requirement (price on request).

You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast which can be delivered to your apartment every morning on request (price on request).



Important note: there is construction work going on near the apartment, which causes noise between 8:00 and 19:00. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it can affect our guests' stay. As such, we are guided by a policy of transparency, so that our guests' expectations are properly met. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy!
