The Space:

The apartment features a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, ideal for couples or solo travellers. The living room, which has a sofa bed, comfortably accommodates up to 3 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, fridge, electric hob and kitchen utensils, allowing you to prepare your meals with ease. Enjoy some downtime in the living room, which features a flat-screen TV with cable channels and Wi-Fi access. The living room also has a dining table and a balcony where you can relax. The bathroom is equipped with towels, toiletries and a first-aid kit. To ensure your comfort, the apartment has air conditioning.



Guest Access:

You will have full access to the entire flat, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, balcony and laundry room. Enjoy all the amenities, such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV and a fully equipped kitchen.



The Neighborhood:

Discover the heart of Porto! Our apartment is ideally located in the city centre, just a stone’s throw from the hustle and bustle. In just a 5-minute walk, you’ll reach the city centre, home to the Galerias de Paris, a vibrant meeting place. Explore Praça Carlos Alberto and treat yourself to the local cuisine, including the famous Francesinha. Within walking distance, you’ll find a variety of shops and restaurants to suit all tastes. Enjoy the authenticity of the neighbourhood, with its charming streets and proximity to iconic attractions.



Important note: there is construction work going on near the apartment, which causes noise between 8:00 and 19:00.Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, but it can affect our guests' stay. As such, we are guided by a policy of transparency, so that our guests' expectations are duly met. It is our mission to ensure that Liiiving is easy!



Getting Around:

To explore the city, Trindade metro station is just a 10-minute walk away, with access to several lines that will take you to every corner of Porto. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is around 15 km away and can be reached by metro (Line E – Violeta) or taxi. Paid parking is available in the vicinity of the apartment.



Other Things to Note:

Keys are collected at our Welcome Center - at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff!



There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our staff discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.



If you wish to check out late, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our staff to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request.



In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €150 on the cost of water, electricity and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.



The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff to inspect the property, and monthly visits are planned for this purpose.



We have a transfer service that will drop you off at your apartment!All you have to do is ask!



You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast service which can be delivered to your apartment every morning on request!
