The Space:

The living room is a cosy space to relax, whilst the fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals. The en-suite bathroom, complete with all essential amenities, adds to the comfort. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has a lift for easy access. Enjoy air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a TV for a pleasant stay.



Guest Access:

You will have full access to the flat, including the bedroom with a queen-size bed, a fully fitted bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The flat is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible by lift. Enjoy all the amenities, such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a kitchen with utensils, a washing machine and much more. Paid parking is available off-site.



The Neighborhood:

Located on Rua do Paraíso, the flat is ideally situated for exploring the best of Porto. Just a few steps away, the imposing Lapa Church awaits, a historic landmark housing the heart of King Pedro IV. Faria Guimarães metro station, less than 200 metres away, offers quick access to the whole city. Within a few minutes’ walk, you’ll find yourself on the vibrant Avenida dos Aliados and Rua Santa Catarina. A short distance away, Ribeira invites you to enjoy the stunning views of the River Douro and the wine cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia. The surrounding area offers a variety of cafés, restaurants and shops to explore. For a day at the beach, the beaches of Foz do Douro are just 7 km away.



Getting Around:

The flat is well situated for public transport. Several bus and metro lines are within walking distance, providing easy access to all parts of Porto. For those arriving by car, there are paid parking options nearby. The address, Rua do Paraíso 57, 4000-377 Porto, Portugal, makes it easy to explore the city.



Other Things to Note:

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.



If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request.



Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff to inspect the property, with monthly visits planned for this purpose.

For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of 150 € on the cost of water, electricity and the internet / television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.

Good location, no working dishwasher!

Excellent location, 2 mins walk from metro station, easy from the airport. Lovely shower and body lotions. However, no working dishwasher, and did look like it had been out of action sometime. Had to wash up in a saucepan, as sink so big and no washing up bowl, minimal washing up liquid, nothing to dry with, and water went everywhere on kitchen units. No thought how visitors would wash up without the dishwasher. Toilet dripped 24/7, very annoying when trying to sleep.
