The Neighborhood:
Located on Rua Firmeza, directly connected to Porto’s city center, you will be in the heart of the city. The Campo 24 de Agosto Bus and Metro Terminal is just a 6-minute walk from the apartment, while a small supermarket is only 2 minutes away. In the surrounding area, you will find restaurants, cafés, and paid parking options.

There is plenty to explore in the neighborhood, such as the Capela das Almas, Via Santa Catarina Shopping, the famous Café Majestic, and Teatro de São João—many places to leave you in awe. To enjoy traditional Porto and Portuguese cuisine and keep your energy up while exploring, you will find excellent nearby restaurants, including the iconic Francesinha at Café Santiago or authentic Portuguese dishes at Abadia.

From São Bento Train and Metro Station, bus number 500 is a great public transport option. It will take you through Ribeira, along the scenic riverside, to Foz and the beaches, ending at the Matosinhos Market, where you can enjoy delicious fresh fish.

In Porto, you will always have a bus or metro station nearby.

Key collection is done at our Welcome Center – Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto – where you can meet our staff!

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied.

If you require a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Staying beyond the check-out time without authorization will result in a charge of €200 per hour.

If you lose the key, a replacement fee will apply (price upon request). If you leave the key inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a €40 charge after 7 PM. If the key is left in the lock and a technical intervention is needed, the cost will be determined upon request.

To make Porto more attractive, a municipal tourist tax has been implemented. The fee of €2.00, included in the stay price, applies to guests over 13 years old, charged per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.

For stays of 28 nights or more, there is a utilities limit of €190, covering water, electricity, and the internet/TV package. Any amount exceeding this limit will be charged to the guest.

The tenant must allow entry to the host’s staff for property inspections whenever requested. Monthly visits are expected for this purpose.
