Bus stop is a 3-minute walk away and the metro station is 700m away.

Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (such as the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.

If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. If you check out after the scheduled time without prior authorization, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged.

If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, a fee of 40€ will apply after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be determined upon request.

For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit of 150€ for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.

The tenant agrees to allow the host's staff to enter the property whenever requested, with monthly visits expected for inspection purposes.
