Could be 5stars, but the bed was really hard and uncomfortable. Need a deep clean of carpets and upholstery of couches and kitchen chairs. Otherwise, it's beautiful! Great layout! I'm thankful for the space heaters, fans, and clothes washer. Coffee pods were great, too. When we checked in, we were not sure which unit it was; tried more than one door as the combo lock didn't open easily. Tip: go up one flight of stairs, not 2. We stayed in 5 places during our Portugal trip and this was our favorite. Perfect location in Porto!
