The only issue is that the doors to the shower and the toilet are frosted glass that are not fully frosted and the toilet door is not sealed. Also, there is a corkage fee to have drinks in the room. It's not much but seems unreasonable to charge guests for a bucket of ice and wine glasses. Nice location on a pedestrian street. Secure property with 24/7 front desk staff.
