Apartamento muito central, com comércio, farmácia, supermercados, pastelarias, bons restaurantes, estação do Metro e o centro comercial El Corte Inglês (existe apenas dois em Portugal).
Além de poder aproveitar o famoso sunset no Jardim do Morro e aproveitar as bonitas paisagens sobre o rio Douro, inclusive um imperdível passeio de Metro sobre o rio Douro
