Great staff, clean room, and extremely comfortable. Only time I’ve been driven to an airport by a shuttle and the driver actually walked us all the way to make sure we knew where everything was. We’ll definitely be using this hotel again on our next visit.

Fabulous new hotel near the airport. Check in was a breeze and the room was large clean and comfortable. The surrounding area was quiet and the metro stop a few minutes walk away made it easy to spend the evening in central Porto before my flight the following morning.

If I was to stay in Portugal again, specifically near the airport then I would stay at this hotel again. The staff were nice, and the hotel itself was very clean! The shuttle was really reliable too.

We stayed at this hotel for only about 7 hours as we wanted to be closer to the airport for our very early flight. The hotel was perfect and I would highly recommend staying here. The only downside was that when we went to check in there were only 2 people at the desk, but a flight full of people whose flight had been canceled. It took us close to 2 hours to check in and the restaurant was full until 10:30 pm. I understand this was out of their control as it was unexpected, but since we had already paid I wish someone else could have given us our room keys so we could have prepared for our flight the next day. The staff was extremely excellent at dealing with all these people and kind when we reached the desk.
