This apartment, located in a new building with an elevator, has been carefully designed for your well-being and offers a perfect combination of comfort and functionality. Ideal for couples, business travelers or digital nomads.

Other things to keep in mind:
- Self-Catered Apartment. Basic items are provided to start your stay, including toiletries (shower gel, shampoo), toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a welcome courtesy. No replacements or substitutions are provided. All remaining items must be purchased by the guest.
- Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests specified in the reservation. For stays longer than one week, additional sets will be provided.

For stays longer than fifteen days, bi-weekly cleaning and linen changes will be arranged directly with the guest.

- Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM with an additional cost of €25 for check-ins after 9:00 PM.

- Check-out must be done by 11:00 AM.

- On the day of your arrival, we or a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To organize your arrival, please inform us of your estimated arrival time as soon as possible. If you are arriving by plane and provide us with your flight number, we can track your arrival.

- One or two sets of keys (and possibly the garage access remote) will be provided at check-in and must be returned at check-out. Loss or damage to the key set may incur additional costs.

- We are not responsible for any damage or theft occurring in common areas and parking spaces.

- We are available to provide further information upon request.

This apartment offers its guests a garden, laundry facilities, and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
