Very central apartment with stunning views of the Douro River and the iconic Serra do Pilar Monastery. It features one comfortable bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed for two more guests — perfect for couples, friends, or small families.

If booking for 2 people but intend to use the folding bed/sofa in the living room, please inform us during the booking process so that we can provide the necessary bed linen - the cost of extra sheets is €25, payable on arrival. Otherwise, we will assume you are a couple and only one bed will be prepared.
. We provide one set of towels per guest, which includes a bath towel and a face towel. We also offer bed linen changes, including towels and sheets, every 7 days. If you want extra towels the cost is €10/set.
. It is possible to include an extra cleaning service during your stay (cost €40/stay).
. Children under 2 years old can be accommodated in a cot at a cost of €30 (prior reservation required).
. Reservations with animals require confirmation and have an additional cost of €40.

We do everything possible to prevent this situation and kindly ask our guests to help by keeping the doors closed, disposing of trash properly, and storing food responsibly.
- Subscribing to channels not included in the TV package will incur an additional charge for the corresponding service;
- In case of non-return of the keys, a fee of €100 will be charged for each pair of keys.
-If during your stay you leave the keys inside the house, an extra fee will be charged according to the following schedule: weekdays between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM: €50; other days/times: €100.
- We promote the sustainable use of resources: excessive consumption may be charged;
- Garbage must be deposited in the bin;
- This property has the possibility of self check-in, but after 22:00 no assistance will be given on arrival.
