Nice, modern accommodation in a good location - but communication could be improved. The accommodation is clean, well equipped (kitchen, washing machine, TV etc.) and quietly located, only about 20 minutes walk to the centre. Check-in is done via WhatsApp and email, which basically works. However, there is no personal contact and there is often no clear answer to queries (e.g. rubbish disposal, replacement of bed linen, existing defects). More transparency and accessibility would be important, especially for longer stays and a deposit of around €300. Suggestion: A list of known signs of wear and tear + clear information by e-mail in advance would provide more security. A kind of check-in and check-out to so list would also be helpful. Negative points (this was not requested in the assessment): - Delayed or no answers - Unclear communication - Lack of transparency - No information about wear and tear
