About the Space:
Welcome to our cozy apartment, perfect for families, couples, or small groups. The apartment features 1 bedroom and comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests across its 50 m² of well-designed space.

It’s fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay, including an elevator, high-speed Wi-Fi, hair dryer, air conditioning, and a TV with access to Netflix and YouTube. The kitchen comes complete with modern appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, as well as all the necessary utensils and cookware. Plus, you can enjoy freshly brewed coffee from the Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine.

For your convenience, there is free parking right in front of the main entrance. Please make sure to park close to the wall, as large trucks need to pass through the street. During the day, you can park near the building, and there is also free street parking available. However, for your convenience, it is recommended to park about 100 meters away from the building at night, where FREE STREET PARKING is available.

We also offer luggage storage for a fee before check-in or after check-out.

Local Attractions and Port Wine:
Located in Vila Nova de Gaia, the apartment is just a short walk from popular attractions like the Dom Luís I Bridge and the historic Ribeira district, where you can explore charming streets and enjoy the local culture. Don’t miss visiting the nearby Port Wine cellars, where you can taste some of the finest Port wines and learn about the production process.

Transport Links:
Public transport is easily accessible, with bus stops for routes 901 and 906 just 4 minutes away on foot, providing connections to the metro station Trindade. This makes it easier to reach the airport by taking the metro.


Amenities:
We provide toilet paper, shampoo, and body gel only for the first day of your stay. However, we do not provide baby towels for infants up to 2 years old.

Bedding and Towel Policy for Guest:
We provide an appropriate set of bedding and towels for each person in the reservation. Additional sets of bedding or towels are available for an extra charge.

Fair Use Policy for Utility Limits Based on Stay Duration:
• For stays longer than 7 days (7 days include), a fair use policy of utilities with a limit of 40 euros will apply.
• For stays longer than 10 days (10 days include), a fair use policy of utilities with a limit of 60 euros will apply.
• For stays longer than 15 days (15 days include), a fair use policy of utilities with a limit of 90 euros will apply.
• For stays longer than 20 days (20 days include), a fair use policy of utilities with a limit of 120 euros will apply.
• For stays longer than 25 days (25 days include), a fair use policy of utilities with a limit of 150 euros will apply.
• For stays longer than 30 days (30 days include), a fair use policy of utilities with a limit of 180 euros per month will apply.

Smoking Policy and Fee for Violations:
There is a policy that smoking cigarettes inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
A designated smoking area is available on the terrace.
If our team finds evidence that this rule was violated (for example, the smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a smoking fee of at least 200 euros.

Check in:
We provide self check-in. However bear in mind that, check-in starts from 15:00.

Baby bed:
We do not provide baby bed and baby chair.
