Welcome to our cozy apartment, perfect for families, couples, or small groups. The apartment features 1 bedroom and comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests across its 50 m² of well-designed space.
It’s fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay, including an elevator, high-speed Wi-Fi, hair dryer, air conditioning, and a TV with access to Netflix and YouTube. The kitchen comes complete with modern appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, as well as all the necessary utensils and cookware. Plus, you can enjoy freshly brewed coffee from the Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
For your convenience, there is free parking right in front of the main entrance. Please make sure to park close to the wall, as large trucks need to pass through the street. During the day, you can park near the building, and there is also free street parking available. However, for your convenience, it is recommended to park about 100 meters away from the building at night, where FREE STREET PARKING is available.
We also offer luggage storage for a fee before check-in or after check-out.
