The Space:
Step inside this stunning villa and discover an open-plan entertaining space on the ground floor. Here, the living room, dining area, and kitchen flow seamlessly, complemented by a convenient powder room. Enjoy your evenings with a selection of board games, books, TV, and a dedicated wine bar.
The first floor features a comfortable office, a bedroom with a shared bathroom, and a lovely, cozy waterfront suite complete with a walk-in closet and private bathroom.
Ascend to the second floor where a tranquil reading nook awaits. The exquisite master suite on this level offers direct access to a patio – perfect for lounging or savoring sunset drinks and nibbles with breathtaking waterfront views. The master suite also includes exercise equipment and yoga mats for a private retreat.
In addition, on the ground level, there's a laundry space equipped with machines, here it's also where you can store any bike that you may have rented.

This villa is located in a tranquil residencial area of Foz Velha and it's an ideal retreat. This charming location invites for leisure strolls along the River Douro all the way to Foz. In front of the house there's the Jardim do Passeio Alegre which is a public garden with lush greenery and a mini-golf course for family fun.
A few steps away to the right, there's a local grocery with fresh fruits and vegetables. In this area there's many high end restaurants as well as the river front ones that are relaxed, casual and still offering a great selection (we reccommend the casa de Pasto da Palmeira around the corner mwith a food sharing concept and delicious wine).
For convenient access to Porto's vibrant downtown, the iconic tram (Elétrico 1) stops next to the villa and provides a picturesque journey along the riverside.
This quiet, charming area truly offers the best of both worlds: peaceful living with urban amenities just a short ride away.
Getting Around:
In this location there's liottle public transportation and you have the tram stop in front of the property. There's also the bus nr 500 with a stop in front of the Paparoca bakery as well as in front of the mini-golf.
It' easy to call a taxi or an Uber.
