This is one of my favorite hotels in Porto (I've stayed here 3 times!) - the hotel is very nice, the location is great (my favorite area to be in Porto - in walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, sites, shops, nice streets to walk on, etc.), and the staff is wonderful.

This is a beautiful and stylish hotel which feels brand new having only been opened a few years ago. We stayed for 3 nights and the team at the hotel are very professional, friendly and helpful and all of the facilities and amenities are excellent. It is very well located to visit all that Porto has to offer without feeling too touristy and the pool, spa and gym are great. We found the hotel to be very good value for a five star experience and were very impressed with our balcony room which had a large outside space and great views across the city. This really must be one of the best hotels in Porto, with the facilities of a resort hotel but the service and intimacy of a luxury boutique - look no further for a great experience in Porto.

My only regret in staying at Wine and Books Porto Hotel was that I only stayed one night. It was a lovely hotel with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The location is ideal- a very walkable, safe and fun neighborhood. I am very much hoping to return to Porto, and when I do, I will definitely stay at Wine and Books Porto Hotel! Wonderful!!

A great hotel. The pool area with steam room and sauna was lovely. Our room had space for our luggage and bed was really comfortable. Staff were friendly and relaxed. They were working hard but without stress. Lovely to see. Breakfast was fabulous with a buffet and menu option. What a great find in Porto.

Everything about this hotel, from the friendliness of the staff, literally everyone ! From Maria welcoming us, to Isaac’s knowledge of spirits at the bar , a spotless room, exceptionally beautiful spa with pool, sauna etc. Our massages were fantastic and the personal notes , chocolates and wine in the room made it a very special two days in Porto!

Excellent staff, comfortable rooms and very good food. Of all the excellent amenities the staff stood out, they were accommodating and helpful. Roof top lounge has an excellent sunset view. Very nice hotel in a good location. Staff was excellent and the hotel is a very good value. Loved the chocolates each evening. We had two main concerns that keeps us from giving a perfect score. First, there is very little privacy with the toilet area and no privacy with the shower. Second, we partially chose this hotel for the gym but found the aerobic equipment to be of very low quality. Besides these items, very happy with the stay.

In one word, Excellent! There was so much that we loved about this hotel. From a super friendly staff, to the quality and cleanliness of the room, to the facilities, including the pool and parking, to the location. Breakfast was excellent as well. Overall, we had an amazing stay, and we will 100% stay there again when we return to Porto.
