The staff was incredibly helpful, providing me with all the assistance I needed and offering great tips on places to visit. Additionally, the restaurant's food was excellent! I would definitely choose to stay there again.

Amazing location!

Amazing hotel! The pools are next to the bar and restaurant, in front of the beach. Beach service with chairs and umbrellas is available only for hotel guests. We're coming back again soon!

Foi a segunda vez que nos hospedamos no Aquarela. O quarto é confortável, a cordialidade e atendimento dos funcionários é excepcional. A área de lazer muito agradável. A única observação é que as toalhas do quarto estavam com cheiro de fumaça, mas foi logo resolvido. O atendimento do restaurante à noite tb fica um pouco prejudicado por cota do número de funcionários, mas nada que desabone o hotel.

Otimo estrutura

Quartos amplos, decoração de muito bom gosto. Piscinas impecáveis. Fantástica vista do mar. Detalhe para o nascer na lua, saindo do mar no período que vim. Como é pé na areia, a noite é otimo para sentar na varanda do restaurante e ver o luar.

PIOR DO QUE COMIDA DE HOSPITAL E CARÍSSIMA!!

Olá! O hotel é ok para o que se propõe. O quarto é bom! Tivemos um problema com o ar condicionado que foi resolvido em segundos. A limpeza está sempre em dia nos quartos, mas na área do restaurante e praia, deixa a desejar… eles recolhem pratos, talheres e copos, mas não passam um pano nas mesas, então, ao longo do dia vai juntando migalhas, pombos e outros passarinhos (muitos), o que vc tem que ficar espantando o tempo todo. O staff, em todas as áreas, exceto recepção, são bem atenciosos. A estrutura do hotel é ótima! Como nas fotos. A praia na frente tem uma faixa de areia extensa, um privilégio na região. Uma única coisa a reclamar realmente e que não nos fará voltar, o hotel é afastado do agito, que era o que procurávamos, mas a COMIDA é CARÍSSIMA e PÉSSIMA!!! Do tipo, não saberem fritar um peixe ou uma batata, mas sabem cobrar caro por aquilo!! E isso “estragou” um pouco a nossa viagem, já que nos obrigava a sair para fazer as refeições, o que não era nossa intenção. Fizemos do limão uma limonada… caso não queiram sair pra jantar, o iFood funciona bem, apesar de demorar um pouco a entrega por conta da distância.. e tem um churrasco grego entre os restaurantes que deixou saudade. No centro, Manguti, Paulo Pescador, entre outros que não me lembro os nomes, apaziguaram a chateação com a COMIDA HORRENDA com um PREÇO ABSURDO!!

Amamos nossa hospedagem, café da manhã delicioso e fresquinho, variando sabores de sucos e tortas ao longo dos dias. O atendimento foi excelente, todos os colaboradores são educados e solícitos em todos os setores. Comida muito boa, cerveja gelada e drinks gostosos. O quarto é super confortável e tudo muito limpo, banheiro tem uma ducha muito boa. A praia em frente ao hotel é lindíssima, com a maré baixa é possível ver as formações de corais. Também adoramos a localização do hotel, fica em frente a balsa de acesso à Porto Seguro e também saem vans diariamente pra vários locais. Foi possível conhecer outras praias com facilidade. Perfeito!

Hotel muito ruim, café da manhã bem simples, vc só pode comer 2 tapiocas por quarto, fiquei uma semana e nenhum dia tinha requeijão. A localizao é pessima, fica ao lado da balsa, todos os dias eu acordava muito cedo com o barulho da buzina da balsa chegando e saindo, a única coisa que ajuda é só atravessia para Porto Seguro, agora se vc for curtir as praias de arraial, vai ficar horas na fila da balsa para entrar no hotel Nos corredores do hotel vc já ver vários pernilongos, tínhamos que entrar e sair muito rápido do quarto para não encher deles. Resumindo, pelo valor cobrado, tem várias outros opções bem mais barato e melhor Não recomendo

Hotel realmente pé na areia. Em frente à balsa, equipe muito atenciosa e simpática. Area kids com bastante brinquedos e em frente ao restaurante e coladinha na praia o que permite que a familia aproveite e as crianças brinquem. As tias da recreação foram muito simpáticas mas poderiam ter um pouco mais de pró-atividade, chamando as criancas para brincar, realizar atividades.. do tempo que fiquei no hotel, achei q elas mais ficavam à disposição do que propriamente entretendo as crianças.

Eu e meu namorado ficamos 6 dias, gostamos muito da estadia ficamos no quarto com cama de casal e uma de solteiro com vista para os demais quartos. Atendimento: Todos que trabalham no hotel sao gentis, simpaticos, dispostos a conversar e informar. Quarto: É preciso melhorar alguns poucos fatores como iluminacao, ela é bem instimista o que é ótimo pra um clima romatico, mas na pratica atrapalha um pouco pra enxergar as coisas na parte nao iluminada. Outros 2 pontos é que tem muitooooo pernilongo por conta do mangue e plantas então é preciso estar preparado e o ar condinionado vaza agua. Do resto a cama e travesseiros sao bons, o ar-condicionado gela bem, chuveiro com pressao e temperatura boas. Café da manhã: É bem diverso e todo dia tem variações. A tapioca é excelente e preparada com muito carinho. Um ponto de atencao é que poderiam tirar as sementes do mamao e para turistas vale dizer pra tomarem atencao com os passarinhos eles sao muito fofos, mas adoram pegar um ovo mexido no prato se voce vacilar (particularmente nao me incomodou achei fofo) Praia: Pela manha tem marés baixas, agua fresca e areia fofa, se estiver empolgado e com maré baixa voce consegue andar ate Pitinga. Eu e meu namorado fomos só até Mucugê e amamos ter esse previlegio. Vans: São na frente do hotel, muito praticas e levam pra passeios e principalmente pro centro.
