O hotel é bem agradável, relativamente uma boa estrutura, bom café da manhã, piscina agradável, o local (hotel) é bem tranquilo, funcionários simpáticos e educados. gostei muito do período de hospedagem.

Quase recomendável

Face relação de custo X benefício, o hotel fica próximo ao centro e todas as suas facilidades. No entanto, fomos convidados a nos retirar e ser transferidos para outro hotel da rede, pois entrariam em reforma. Sem descrever a condição do "novo" hotel, registramos apenas que foi desconfortável ter que fazer essa alteração, uma vez que previamente aceitaram a reserva e sabiam então quanto tempo ficaríamos hospedados, condição que lhes possibilitava ter agendado melhor a tal obra.

Insatisfação com o hotel

Funcionários sem treinamento em todas as áreas do hote, quartos e banheiros em péssimas condições principalmente de higiene, roupas de cama e banho em péssimo estado, enfim, não recomendaria o hotel bahiabacana para ninguém, o valor cobrado em relação o nível do hotel não é compatível. As imagens apresentadas no site, não correspondem a realidade. Hotel zero estrelas.Enfim, seria bom se vocês pudessem fazer uma vistoria na rede desse hotel, para continuar ou não, vendendo os pacotes, e para que outras pessoas não fiquem frustadas e insatisfeitas como ficamos.
