Liberaram nosso quarto apenas às 15:16h , todavia, fomos praticamente expulsos do hotel 12h, pois eles limitam a estadia do hóspede que pagou por 24horas de allinclusive a sala de recepção, indo contra a lei que nos assegura utlizar 24horas do serviço que pagamos, não permitem sequer utilizar a estrutura do hotel, mesmo liberando o quarto para higienizacao e

O resort é excelente. Não é grande mas tem uma boa estrutura de lazer, com ótima piscina, academia, entretenimento como música ao vivo a todo o momento e um beach club muito legal e confortável. A comida é muito boa com um cardápio variado e tudo muito saboroso. É servida refeição a todo momento até as 5h da manhã. Os drinks são deliciosos. O quarto é bem espaçoso e possui boa cama, travesseiros e um chuveiro muito bom. O reveillón foi espetacular. Muita comida (lagosta, frutos do mar, porco, buffet variado), música ao vivo até as 3h e uma queima de fogos bonita. O serviço é bom e eficiente também. Ponto a melhorar fica para o wi-fi que só pega bem na área da pisicna. Recomendo com certeza e voltaria tranquilamente.

Tudo estava excelente, porém gostaria de fazer algumas observações: -dia 31.12 Reveillon: colocaram bandas muito ruins, e na 6a feira (Lual na Praia) colocaram um cantor excelente, muito animado ótimo repertório e teria agradado muito mais na festa de Reveillon. Os vinhos que foram servidos todos os dias (Terra Nova), péssima qualidade, provei um deles e adoro vinho mas fiquei a ver navios. O uisque Passport muito ruim, custo 47,00 em qq supermercado. Pelo valores cobrados dos hóspedes caberia servir Chivas, Old Par, algo desse calibre. Sugiro melhorar a programação no próximo reveillon pois as bebidas e bandas ficarm muito abaixo da qualidade das comidas que foram servidas, isso que salvou um pouco a festa. - Outro assuno: Na praia tem o supervisor (um moço de óculos) que só fica com a cara fechada enquanto os outros sorriem e brincam o tempo todo. Ex.: Atendente chamado Anderson, gente boníssima e animado, nós avisava todos os dias da programação do bech club (praia). Fora esses detalhes que marcaram muito, pois destoa muito do restante que foi oferecido, gostamos muito da estadia, e espero que essas observações ajuda a melhorar pois vcs tem tudo para melhorar. São coisas simples e básicas, mas tem que ser implementadas sem olhar custo, pois o benefício que vcs terão será enorme.

O hotel tem preocupação total em oferecer uma boa experiência. Simpatia dos colaboradores, limpeza e restaurante impecável. Bares com pleno funcionamento! A festa de réveillon foi um episódio à parte, com buffet e decoração luxuosos, boas bandas e queima de fogos. A praia em frente também é fantástica! Não temos reclamações, apenas sugestões: - maior flexibilidade no checkin e checkout, permitindo uso de áreas comuns, como forma de acolher bem o hóspede - maior cuidado com a música ao longo do dia e as atrações ao vivo nas noites. Via de regra, quem viaja para a Bahia deseja viver mais Bahia. Vale como reflexão para o hotel No mais, somente agradecer!

Quarto estava limpo, banheiro parece recém reformado, porém não tinha suporte para pendurar toalha , horrível não ter onde pendurar. O registro da água quente não fechava direito , e saindo bastante água que incomodava. Precisam melhorar os banheiros club da praia, inaceitável um banheiro feminino e um masculino, sem infraestrutura nenhuma. Agora vc ter que pagar para usar sauna e caro é demais., Vc vai para uma pousada menor que te oferece sauna hidromassagem.sem pagar nada, aí vc contrata uma estadia no resort e para usufruir vc ter que pagar é um absurdo. Achei muito lento o check in apesar da equipe serem muito educada. Positivo alimentação, limpeza academia.
