Primeiro hotel que me hospedei que nao fornece sabonete , nao tem vaga para estacionar e se precisar tirar o carro 3 da manhã vc q tem q tirar , querem cobrar por tavesseiro extra e cama de solteiro do quarto nao tinha lençol, atendimento a desejar .

Podem e devem melhorar

O hotel é bastante simples, com funcionários simpáticos e café da manhã mediano. Nada de destaque. De negativo, o quarto é bastante simples e achei abusivo cobrarem taxa por uso do frigobar (como se a diária já não incluísse esse custo) e também pq esse item consta no anúncio do Hoteis.com como incluído no quarto. Devido ao período de feriado, o valor da diária custou bastante alto para o serviço prestado... Não pretendo voltar.

Hotel prático para explorar a cidade. Café da manhã satisfatório, principalmente pelos pratos feitos ja cozinha do hotel. Mas não é um hotel econômico.

gostamos da estadia porem o hotel deveria se preocupar um pouco mais com os hóspedes, buscar atender melhor as solicitacaoes dos mesmos, wifi nao funcionava dentro do quarto, toalhas so eram trocadas caso solicitado, etc. bom mas podia ter sido melhor.

Agradável

O hotel tem instalações antigas, por isso os quartos são grandes. Por esse mesmo motivo, percebemos que ele precisa de reparos. Tinha lâmpadas no quarto queimadas. A cama era a base de uma cama box, com um colchão muito velho. Os quartos eram limpos todas as manhãs. O café da manhã era bom. Éramos acordados todas as manhãs pelo canto dos pássaros, muito agradável por sinal. Fica no centro de Porto Seguro, próxima a Passarela do Álcool, restaurantes, pontos de ônibus e táxi. Voltaria a me hospedar e recomendo este hotel.

Hotel limpo e conveniente

Hotel bem localizado, da acesso as principais atrações do centro da cidade e o preço razoável, café da manha diversificado e muito bom diga-se de passagem! Ponto negativo a cama, colchão muito duro e a estrutura da cama fazia barulhos como se fosse quebrar a cada mexida!

O refeitório é aberto, tinha uns insetos nos alimentos, os bolos e salgados não estavam gostosos, tinha um toldo na lateral muito sujo. O wifi só funcionava na recepção. O atendimento dos funcionários foi bom, mas infelizmente não recomendaria este hotel.

Ótimo custo benefício

Não é um hotel luxuoso, mas atende muito bem as necessidades. Com café da manhã, Wi-fi, quartos amplos, um bom banheiro. Espaço limpo e aconchegante. Equipe do hotel sensacional, simpáticos, acolhedores, prestativos e atenciosos, em especial Regina e Daniela com quem tive mais contato.
