Não é esse bicho de 7 cabeças que estão falando aqui. Existem coisas que precisam ser melhoradas como: quartos do térreo não terem box, o que faz com que a água passe pelo banheiro todo, mesmo tentando colocar pano de chão. Café da manhã é bom. Tem reposição sim, pois eu ia comer todos os dias a partir das 9h. Restaurante a comida é boa. A piscina estava limpa e própria para banho. É um hotel novo, porém devido à umidade já possui problemas, no qual acredito que deva ter essa manutenção. Outra questão na limpeza é que só tem uma menina para limpar todos os quartos pela manhã, acredito que seja por isso que a limpeza feita é razoável. Fiquei 4 dias e todos eles havia limpeza e troca dos itens das toalhas e etc. Então, acredito que muita coisa seja exagero do que v aqui. Porém, é necessário sim fazer a manutenção, pois é um hotel bem localizado e bem legal!

O hotel tem ótimas instalações de área comum, os quartos têm bom tamanho, as funcionárias e funcionários são ótimos! A tapioca deliciosa feita na hora pela Nilda deixou o café da manhã ainda mais gostoso e acolhedor! Adoramos ficar no hotel!

Férias perfeitas.

Experiência excelente, hotel lindo ,estrutura do local todas funcionando, café da manhã excelente. Tenho somente uma observação porque pode ser meu gosto pessoal, entao nao vou colocar como reclamação, colchão é muito duro ,tive que dormir na cama de solteiro e tinha muitas formigas ,inclusive no quarto. Mais nada que possa tirar ou dizer que não voltaria mais. Excelente localização, perto da praia,farmácias, mercados e locais pra alimentação.

Faltou água para banho, faltou água quente no chuveiro. Torneira do lavabo com pouca água. Nos quatros não possuem secador de cabelo, o que tem é coletivo e somente 1. Frigobar estragado, depois de solicitado foi arrumado imediatamente. Comida do restaurante muito boa. Café da manhã a razoável .
