Hotel não condiz com as fotos apresentadas. Ficamos sete dias em Porto Seguro e a experiência foi extremamente decepcionante. O quarto tinha um ar-condicionado antigo e muito barulhento, que praticamente não me deixava dormir. O banheiro não tinha box; ao tomar banho, molhava o banheiro inteiro. As toalhas eram super finas e a troca só acontecia quando pedíamos muitas vezes nem passavam para trocar. O vaso sanitário estava entupido. Precisávamos sentar na tampa fechada para conseguir dar descarga. Uma situação absurda. O café da manhã não tinha variedade nenhuma todos os dias as mesmas opções. Em um dos dias, os ovos mexidos estavam esverdeados. O café era extremamente forte e com gosto ruim. A piscina estava muito suja. Em um dos dias, não havia a menor condição de entrar. A única coisa positiva foram alguns atendentes, que foram educados e solícitos. Porém, no geral, o hotel precisa melhorar e muito. Não recomendo e não voltaria!!

Quarto pessimo! Um hotel pode ser simples, mas sujo é o fim! Toalhas muito encardidas, dava nojo de passar no corpo. Banheiro sujo!! A parte onde se toma banho, ia saindo uma sujeira do rejunte, alem do chuveiro está cheido de lodo, a agua que sai é pouca e bate na parede, tem que quase encostar na parede para conseguir entrar debaixo da agua. Nafitalina no ralinho, exalando um um cheiro fortíssimo. A fronha suja ou machada, dando um aspecto de sugeira

A estrutura do hotel é bem precaria, quartos com os banheiros cheirando esgoto apesar de estarem limpos, ar-condicionado bem barulhento ( aparelhos antigo) os vasos e chuveiros necessita serem trocados, o registro que fecha a agua do chuveiro soltou na minha mao. Em compensação a equipe que trabalha no local são simpaticos e receptivos,o café da manhã é bom.

O hotel parece abandonado, sem manutenção, questão de ordem , os quartos parece que foram remendados, um pedaço de cada um lugar, o banheiro sem comentário: pia minúscula, o chuveiro elétrico com uma instalação precária, roupa de cama e toalhas quase transparentes de tão velhas e usadas.
