Café da manhã com poucas opções, falta de higiene na manipulação dos alimentos. funcionários mal educados , desrespeito aos hóspedes. Quarto com infiltração, choveu e a trinca da lage infiltrou água e acordamos com água pingando na cama . Fomos embora um dia antes porque não havia condições de ficar.

Péssimo atendimento e respeito. Fiquei esperando 20 min pra algum recepcionista me atender para fazer checkin, e ainda se achou no direito de argumentar. Cama barulhenta, não deixaram toalha no quarto no primeiro dia e tive que me enxugar no lençol.

Uma boa pousada

É uma boa pousada. Localização ótima, perto da feira, da Mucugê e da igreja. Piscina agradável, com uma boa área de descanso. Café da manhã bom, simples mas condizente com o valor pago. Duas coisas, tem que ser mais cedo, 8h é tarde pq maior parte dos passeios ou se haver maré baixa cedo o hóspede acaba perdendo. Reposição também tem que ser rápida, ou a quantidade teria sempre que suprir equivalente aos hóspedes. Limpeza inicial do quarto pode ser com mais atenção. Mas o quarto que fiquei ao lado da piscina era muito confortável. No geral, uma boa pousada, atendimento muito bom.

Boa pousada!

A pousada tem pontos positivos e potencial para oferecer uma boa experiência. O atendimento na recepção foi cordial e atencioso. A internet funcionou bem durante toda a estadia, e a limpeza dos ambientes estava ótima. O quarto era confortável, com ar-condicionado novo. Apenas os travesseiros poderiam ser melhores. O vaso sanitário apresentava entupimento com facilidade, necessitando manutenção. A estrutura da pousada tem muitas escadas e não conta com acessibilidade, o que pode ser um problema para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. O café da manhã é simples, porém gostoso, com itens frescos feitos na pousada. No entanto, falta treinamento à equipe: seria ideal porcionar os pães e bolos, disponibilizar talheres para servir, identificar os itens com plaquinhas e garantir a reposição de básicos como manteiga e adoçante. Também notamos formigas nos açucareiros e toucas sendo usadas de forma inadequada. Um checklist diário ajudaria bastante. O ponto mais crítico foi a falta de energia por cerca de quatro horas. Sabemos que foi um problema externo, mas a pousada não tem luz de emergência nem alternativas mínimas como velas, o que gerou desconforto. No geral, é uma boa pousada, com potencial, mas que precisa de profissionalização e atenção a detalhes para melhorar a experiência dos hóspedes.

Foi pessima! A pousada me colocou em um quarto com a parede toda mofada. Quarto desconfortável. A qualidade da roupa de cama e toalhas chega a ser inclassificável! Qualidade do colchão não tem o que dizer de tão ruim.
