Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Administrative fee: BRL 20 per person, per stay
• Management fee: BRL 20 per accommodation, per stay

The fees and deposits listed below will be charged at the time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Fee for cooked-to-order breakfast: approximately BRL 50 for adults and BRL 35 for children
• Pet fee: BRL 35 per pet (varies based on length of stay)
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Early check-in is available for a fee (subject to availability)
• Late check-in fee for check-in between 7:00 PM and 6:00 AM
• Late check-out is available for a fee (subject to availability)
• Housekeeping fee: BRL 35.00 per day; may vary based on length of stay
• Rollaway bed fee: BRL 80 per day

• Upon check-in, parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years old are obligated to present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example). For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, the parent must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. If the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People intending to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate prior to traveling for more information.
